He said he is feeling strong and optimistic and committed to seeing treatment through to a positive outcome. He plans to remain active with the New York Giants throughout his treatment and is surrounded by personal, professional, and medical support. He asked that his privacy and his family's privacy be respected during this time. Mara is president, CEO and co-owner of the Giants in his 34th season; the franchise has appeared in three Super Bowls, winning twice.
