"The victim was walking with his family near the corner of Nostrand and Willoughby Aves. in Bedford-Stuyvesant around 11:20 p.m. on Jan. 9 when a man started following them, screaming "I'm going to choke you!" and "I'm going to kill all the Jews!" according to the police source. The man's disturbing rants then escalated, and he punched the young father in the chest and head, the source said."
"Cops arrested Isharae Summers and charged him with assault and aggravated harassment as a hate crime, among other offenses. He was arraigned Sunday afternoon and released."
