The envelopes were located near a processing area for immigration enforcement at 26 Federal Plaza.
New Yorkers, I have been preliminarily briefed on the matter unfolding at 26 Federal Plaza," Mayor Adams said in a social media post. "I want to also reassure you that there are no known injuries at this time.
ICE Detainees were moved to a different location outside the building, police sources said.
