The Manhattan District Attorney's office recently indicted Broadway Stages' owners, siblings Gina and Tony Argento, for allegedly bribing a top aide of Mayor Eric Adams in order to thwart the McGuinness Boulevard redesign."

Neighbors raised concerns in 2014 over permit listings and spending, including permits labeled as a "transient hotel."
