Burrito Bar, known for the motto “peace, love, and burritos,” experienced a violent incident on Saturday around 3:30 p.m. A 44-year-old customer, identified as Hilda Grullon, became involved in a confrontation inside the restaurant and was observed grabbing a butter knife and a fork. Surveillance video shows the customer throwing a water glass and engaging in a scuffle with general manager Gregory Yerman, who restrained her as she lunged at guests and struck him with a bottle or glass. After being expelled, Grullon struck at least four people outside. She was arrested and charged with multiple counts of assault and criminal possession of a weapon; victims were aged 20 to 53.
