Thursday, Oct. 9 at 10:30 a.m.: The NYC Council's Committee on Housing and Buildings will meet regarding two bills: one that would require biennial inspections of steam radiators in apartments where a child under 6 resides and in the common areas of such buildings; the other would require the city's housing lottery system to notify users about updates to their applications. ."

The CPC will also hold public hearings on items such as Praise Tabernacle, the NYCTA Tuskegee Airmen Way City Map Change, and the Coney Island Business Improvement District. The NYC Council Subcommittee on Landmarks will review Claremont House and Averne East on Oct. 8.
