The Sophia Apartments, Manhattan, for households earning between $41,280 - $189,540 (last day to apply is 1/27) 585 Jackson Avenue Apartments, Bronx, for households earning between $70,732 - $116,640 (last day to apply is 1/28) The Orchard, Queens, for households earning between $104,983 - $261,170 (last day to apply is 1/28)"
Citywide housing and land-use events include a Jan. 27 NYC Council Subcommittee meeting on landmarks, resiliency, and dispositions covering Prospect Park Farm acquisition and a Flatbush Avenue redevelopment. The Department of Housing Preservation and Development will host an online workshop on housing court on Jan. 27 at 6 p.m. NYCHA will hold its monthly board meeting on Jan. 28 at 10 a.m. The City Planning Commission will vote Feb. 2 on projects including 20 Berry Street, a text amendment at 1325 Avenue of the Americas, Flushing Creek CSO disinfection facilities, Arden Heights stream restoration, and Skyline Playground upgrades. HPD lotteries include The Sophia, 585 Jackson Avenue, and The Orchard with application deadlines Jan. 27–28.
