"Tuesday, Dec. 2 at 9 a.m.: The Landmarks Preservation Commission will decide on whether to consider the following sites for landmarks designation: Public School 15 Annex/362 Schermerhorn St.; Church of Saint Mary/440 Grand St.; and the Lithuanian Alliance Building/ 307 West 30th St. . Tuesday, Dec. 2 at 10 a.m.: The NYC Council's Committee on Housing and Buildings will hold an oversight hearing on transparency in New York City co-ops."
A series of NYC housing and land use events are scheduled for Dec. 2–3. The Landmarks Preservation Commission will consider landmark designations for Public School 15 Annex (362 Schermerhorn St.), Church of Saint Mary (440 Grand St.), and the Lithuanian Alliance Building (307 West 30th St.). The NYC Council's Committee on Housing and Buildings will hold an oversight hearing on co-op transparency and discuss bills on co-op rejection disclosures and legalizing single-room occupancy apartments. The Atlantic Yards Community Development Corporation will hold a public meeting on construction impacts. On Dec. 3 hearings will address CityFHEPS, multiple rezonings, and City Planning Commission votes.
