Overnight, downtown local A trains will skip all stops between 125th St and 59th St-Columbus Circle and uptown local A trains will skip Spring St, 23rd St, and 50th St. Both downtown and uptown local C trains will skip the same stops as the overnight A during the day and evening, with no overnight service."

Subways, buses, and commuter rails will operate on modified Saturday schedules on Monday, Martin Luther King Jr. Day. Service changes affect most subway lines; the F, M, 2, Franklin Avenue Shuttle, and Rockaway Park Shuttle are exceptions. Overnight downtown local A trains will skip stops between 125th Street and 59th Street–Columbus Circle, and uptown local A trains will skip Spring Street, 23rd Street, and 50th Street. C trains will mirror those A-train skips during day and evening with no overnight service. Multiple lines face suspensions or reroutes: no B or Z service, G suspended between Bedford-Nostrand Avenues and Church Avenue, J and L service reductions, W and the 42nd Street Shuttle will not operate, and select N, R, and Q trains will use alternate routings or express segments.
