"A 24-year-old man was shot to death and and a second man wounded inside a Brooklyn apartment building early Tuesday, police said. Jarell Sutton was fatally shot in the chest inside the three-story building on Euclid Ave. near Pitkin Ave. in East New York about 12:10 a.m. Medics rushed Sutton to Brookdale University Hospital but he could not be saved, cops said."
"Another man, also 24, showed up at the same hospital by private means with a gunshot wound to his foot. He was treated for the minor injury. No arrests have been made. Sutton lived about eight blocks from where he was killed. Cops were scouring the area for surveillance footage that could help them figure out how the shooting unfolded and identify the killer."
