"The financial services firm signed a deal to renew and expand its lease in the Grand Central building. The new deal is for 17 years and represents a 33 percent expansion within the building by square footage. Peter Hennessy of Savills represented the tenant alongside Ben Azulay of Bradford Allen; Frank Doyle, David Kleiner and Carlee Palmer of JLL represented the landlord, Munich Re."

A financial services firm renewed and expanded its Grand Central lease for 17 years, increasing its square footage by 33 percent. Salesforce renewed and expanded in its Times Square building, adding 71,000 square feet for its Agentforce platform. A Toronto-based bank relocated to the Plaza District, represented by CBRE, while the Bank of New York subleased nearly 200,000 square feet in the Financial District. The Department for the Aging secured new space via the Department of Citywide Administrative Services.
