According to the NYPD, the girl was entering her apartment building near Morgan Avenue and Skillman Avenue, which is part of NYCHA's Cooper Park Houses on Thursday at 5:45 p.m. when the man approached her, grabbed her, and proceeded to rape her."
"Police and medics responded and took the girl to a local hospital in stable condition, officials said. Police are investigating the situation and have not made any arrests yet. Police have released surveillance photos of the suspect.
