Both victims were taken by EMS to NY Downtown Presbyterian in stable condition and treated. The suspect fled on foot wearing a multicolored coat, blue jeans and white sneakers. Detectives released clearer images and are asking the public to provide tips to Crime Stoppers; all calls and messages are confidential.
