Misa was hurt during the team's morning skate on Nov. 5 before the Seattle game. Both skated for a second straight day, with Skinner slightly ahead in his recovery. Skinner has seven points in 17 games on a one-year, $3 million deal. Misa had a goal and two assists in seven games and could join Canada at the World Junior Championship; three more NHL games would start his entry-level contract.
