Ryane Clowe resigned as assistant general manager of the San Jose Sharks after one season and rejoined the New York Rangers as assistant general manager alongside Jim Sullivan. He said he loved being back in San Jose and working with GM Mike Grier and the team, but made the move in the best interest of his family. He described the Sharks as a franchise with an exciting future and expressed gratitude to Mike Grier and team president Jonathan Becher for the opportunity to return. Clowe previously worked for the Rangers from 2021 to 2023 as a hockey operations advisor and was elevated to senior advisor in 2023-24.
