Sergei Fedorov will have his Detroit Red Wings jersey retired and hung in the rafters on January 12, 2026, before a game against the Carolina Hurricanes. Fedorov played 13 seasons in Detroit, totaling 400 goals, 554 assists and 954 points in 908 games. He starred on the Russian-5 line with Slava Kozlov, Igor Larionov, Slava Fetisov and Vladimir Konstatinov, noted for exceptional passing and puck possession. Fedorov won two Selke Trophies, the Hart and Ted Lindsay Awards, three Stanley Cups, played in six All-Star games and was inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame in 2015.
