"The San Jose Sharks play host to the Los Angeles Kings tonight and while Sharks fans are certainly enjoying the Macklin Celebrini show and all the fun that it brings, some goals and points from other players might be nice. With that in mind, Head Coach Ryan Warsofsky is reinserting offensively minded defenseman John Klingberg into the lineup as well as Timothy Liljegren, who also brings some offensive pop."
"A candid John Klingberg on what ailed his game, adding that he needs to put a leash on himself. "too much risk right now and not much reward."- Curtis Pashelka (@CurtisPashelka) He'll be back on the top power play unit as well with Dmitry Orlov moving back down to power play two. While the Sharks beat the Utah Mammoth in overtime on Tuesday night, it was by no means a perfect game. The team will look to clean a lot of that up tonight."
The San Jose Sharks will host the Los Angeles Kings with offensively minded defensemen John Klingberg and Timothy Liljegren reinserted into the lineup to add scoring. Klingberg acknowledged struggles, saying he has taken too much risk with limited reward and needs to restrain himself. Klingberg returns to the top power-play unit while Dmitry Orlov moves to the second unit. The Sharks won an overtime game against the Utah Mammoth but showed flaws the team wants to correct. The Kings will start backup Anthony Forsberg after Darcy Kuemper suffered an injury and is day-to-day. Adrian Kempe leads Los Angeles in scoring.
