Mitch Marner set up Mark Stone for a goal, Bo Horvat scored on a second-period breakaway, and a Crosby-to-McDavid-to-MacKinnon power-play finished the scoring. Connor McDavid had three assists and Nick Suzuki added a goal. Switzerland beat France 4-0 as Timo Meier scored twice and Leonardo Genoni made 27 saves.
