Week 7 inactives: Who's in and who's out?

Official NFL inactive lists are typically released about 90 minutes before kickoff, around 11:30 a.m. ET for early games and 2:30 p.m. ET for late-afternoon games. The London game between the Los Angeles Rams and Jacksonville Jaguars has a 9:30 a.m. ET kickoff and inactives are expected about 8 a.m. ET. Several wide receivers were ruled out: Christian Watson (knee), Josh Downs (concussion), Calvin Ridley (hamstring), Terry McLaurin (quad), and Deebo Samuel (heel). Stefon Diggs ramped to a full practice and looks likely to play. Darnell Mooney is optimistic to play despite missing Friday practice. Zach Ertz remains a late decision for Washington.
