Nico Collins suffered a concussion after his head struck the turf on a fourth-quarter play during a 27-19 loss to the Seattle Seahawks and was ruled out for the remainder of the game. He gingerly got up, received medical assistance and entered the medical blue tent for evaluation. Before the injury, Collins had four catches for 27 yards on 10 targets. C.J. Stroud finished with 229 passing yards, a touchdown and an interception, and acknowledged Collins' importance to the offense and the need to get him more touches. The Texans will evaluate Collins during the week ahead of a home game against the 49ers; Christian Kirk remains out with a hamstring issue.
