The Green Bay Packers have signed head coach Matt LaFleur to a multiyear contract extension that sources described as a real commitment. New deals for general manager Brian Gutekunst and vice president Russ Ball are reportedly in the works. LaFleur had one year remaining on his 2022 extension and spoke with Policy about his future after a wild-card playoff loss in which the Packers blew an 18-point halftime lead to the Chicago Bears. LaFleur expressed strong affection for the team and community and indicated a preference to remain in Green Bay.
