"ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. -- Buffalo Bills wide receiver Keon Coleman will be a healthy scratch for the team's game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, sources told ESPN. Making Coleman inactive is not related to his on-field performance in a game or practice, according to a source. It is instead because he missed a team meeting Friday morning. Before missing the meeting, the Bills had planned to play him."
"The 2024 second-round pick has caught 32 receptions on 49 targets this season for 330 yards and three touchdowns. In Week 1 against the Baltimore Ravens, Coleman caught eight passes for 112 yards and a touchdown. Since then, he has 24 receptions, 218 receiving yards and two receiving touchdowns. The Bills elevated wide receiver Gabe Davis from the practice squad for his first game since suffering a torn left meniscus when he was with the Jacksonville Jaguars last November."
Keon Coleman will be a healthy scratch for Buffalo's game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers after missing a Friday morning team meeting, and the move is not tied to his on-field performance. Coleman practiced fully all week and will be inactive for the first time in his career. The 2024 second-round pick has 32 receptions on 49 targets for 330 yards and three touchdowns this season, including an eight-catch, 112-yard game in Week 1. Buffalo elevated Gabe Davis from the practice squad for his first game since a torn meniscus and added Mecole Hardman Jr. to the active roster. Coleman has been disciplined previously for lateness in past games.
