Havenstein started 148 regular-season games and 13 playoff games. He served as a four-time captain and provided veteran leadership and mentorship, notably helping Warren McClendon Jr. develop into a consistent starter. Injuries limited him to 14 games in 2023, 11 in 2024 and seven in 2025. Coach Sean McVay described Havenstein and Tyler Higbee as "all-time Rams." Havenstein thanked teammates, coaches, the organization and family and announced his retirement.
