Shedeur Sanders, the Cleveland Browns rookie quarterback, remained confident after a career-worst outing and framed the season as foundational. Sanders, the No. 144 overall pick, threw a career-high three interceptions in a 31-3 loss to the Chicago Bears and said he is in a learning and understanding phase. In four starts he has a 22.9 Total QBR (30th of 32 qualifying passers), a 52.2% completion rate, 946 yards, five touchdowns and six interceptions. Sanders won his first start in Week 12, while the team has lost its last three games.
