Stefon Diggs has been charged with felony strangulation or suffocation and misdemeanor assault and battery stemming from an alleged Dec. 2 incident. Diggs denies the allegations and his attorney appeared in court; the attorney disclosed Diggs made a financial offer to the alleged victim. The Patriots stated they are aware, support Diggs, will gather information, and cooperate with authorities and the NFL while offering no further comment. The NFL said it is aware and in contact with the club.
