Mack Hollins suffered an abdominal injury against Baltimore on Dec. 21 and remains on injured reserve, not yet cleared to practice. He was eligible to come off injured reserve this week but is not expected to participate in practice, according to head coach Mike Vrabel. New England practiced without several players, including Hunter Henry, Morgan Moses, Harold Landry, Marte Mapu, Christian Elliss and Thayer Munford Jr.; only Landry (knee) and Mapu (hip) were listed as non-participants. Hollins has 46 catches for 550 yards and two touchdowns and contributes as a run-game blocker, and teammates value his energy.
