The celebration involved pelvic thrusts that drew a 15-yard unsportsmanlike conduct penalty, which led to the Panthers missing the extra-point attempt. Dowdle announced the fine on social media and said he launched a GoFundMe to donate 100% of funds raised to Children's Home Society of North Carolina.
