""That's the best way to say it.""
""It hurts, but it's getting better. So, that's the good news. Just day-by-day,""
""Just trying to make sure I'm out there for my guys.""
Amon‑Ra St. Brown is a game‑time decision for the Thursday night game against the Dallas Cowboys because of a sprained ankle. He has not practiced this week but has stayed engaged with mental reps and will continue testing the ankle for cutting and change‑of‑direction ability. The injury occurred during the opening quarter of Detroit’s Thanksgiving loss to Green Bay while he was blocking for Jahmyr Gibbs and involved being rolled up from behind. Initially expected to miss a week or two, he is pushing to play during the final five‑game stretch while leading the team with 75 receptions, 884 yards and nine touchdowns as a team captain.
