Jets coach dismisses Hall trade chatter: 'Rumors'
""They're rumors," Glenn said. "I still feel the same way.""
""They want me to lay down but I got sum to stand for... #Free20," he wrote in the post."
"Before the season, Hall said he didn't expect an extension because, "I'm not their guy" -- meaning he wasn't drafted by first-year general manager Darren Mougey."
Breece Hall has faced on-and-off trade speculation for six months as the Nov. 4 deadline approaches. Coach Aaron Glenn reiterated that the team has no plans to trade Hall, calling the reports "rumors" and saying he feels the same way. Hall said he does not want to be traded but posted a cryptic Instagram message after a 0-6 start and a poor offensive showing. Hall remains a major contributor with 560 yards from scrimmage, ranking 10th in the NFL. Trade chatter stemmed from a planned three-back system and Hall entering the final year of his rookie contract without an extension.
