From TreVeyon Henderson to offensive tackle depth, injuries are piling up for the Patriots
"TreVeyon Henderson played just 14 offensive snaps on Sunday, leaving the game early with a head injury in the second quarter. The mark tied a season-low for the rookie, and was one of several injuries the Patriots sustained during their win. Henderson was initially listed as questionable to return before being downgraded to out. Coach Mike Vrabel did not have further updates after the game."
"Offensive tackle depth continues to be a concern for New England. Morgan Moses briefly left the game with a knee injury in the first quarter. So did Thayer Munford Jr. after subbing in for Moses. Both players returned to the game and were able to finish, but it was a reminder that the Patriots were already thin at tackle with No. 4 overall pick Will Campbell on IR."
"Reinforcements could be on the way. Tuesday will mark one month since Campbell was placed on injured reserve. Milton Williams has been out since Nov. 13. Robert Spillane has missed a couple of games. But, on Sunday, the injuries kept piling up for New England. DeMario Douglas left with a hamstring injury. The speedy slot receiver has had at least one explosive play of 20-plus yards in five of his last six games."
Multiple Patriots left the Baltimore game with injuries, including TreVeyon Henderson exiting early with a head injury and later listed out. Offensive tackle depth is a clear concern after Morgan Moses and Thayer Munford Jr. both briefly left with injuries, highlighting thin tackle depth with No. 4 pick Will Campbell on injured reserve. Reinforcements may be possible as Campbell’s IR timeline approaches one month, while Milton Williams and Robert Spillane have missed time. Additional absences included DeMario Douglas (hamstring), rookie Joshua Farmer (hamstring) and Khyiris Tonga (foot), though Stefon Diggs briefly went to the medical tent and returned.
