Jeff Hafley is married to Gina and has two daughters, Hope and Leah. Hafley served as Green Bay's defensive coordinator (2024-25) after prior stops at Boston College, Ohio State, the 49ers, Browns, Buccaneers, Rutgers, Pittsburgh, Albany and WPI. Green Bay defenses under Hafley ranked highly in total, run and scoring defense in 2024 and 2025, produced notable takeaway and sack totals, and used a 4-3 scheme that produced signature wins. Hafley coached Pro Bowl and All-Pro players including Rashan Gary, Xavier McKinney and Micah Parsons, and previously coached Darrelle Revis, Duron Harmon and Logan Ryan. Hafley worked with new Dolphins GM Jon-Eric Sullivan in Green Bay.
