Quarterback Tua Tagovailoa has totaled 575 passing yards, five touchdowns, four interceptions and a lost fumble across three games, with late-game turnovers costing chances to tie or lead. Tagovailoa said his play has been below his standard and that the offense must spark the team. Coach Mike McDaniel noted missed downfield opportunities but also praised the quarterback for limiting some turnovers overall.
