The Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders secured a large pay increase after veterans pushed for fair compensation, with the raise taking effect next season and the current squad first to benefit. Reece Weaver reported the jump is closer to 300% rather than the reported 400%, and said the pay structure changed so exact totals won’t be known until season end. Weaver described the raise as a significant improvement and expressed gratitude. Games now pay on a different hourly basis, representing a major improvement over previous game pay. Several cheerleaders had been juggling multiple jobs prior to the increase.
