Worthy wore extra padding on his right shoulder after sustaining the injury in a collision with teammate Travis Kelce on the third play of Kansas City's Week-1 loss to the Chargers. The Chiefs face receiver shortages with Jalen Royals out and Rashee Rice suspended, and they hope Worthy could return as early as Week 3 against the New York Giants.
