Joe Burrow took 100% of the team's reps in practice for a second straight day and worked snaps with starting center Ted Karras. Burrow was the first quarterback to throw during position drills despite remaining on injured reserve. Joe Flacco practiced as well after missing Wednesday with a shoulder issue. Burrow has not played since suffering turf toe in his left foot in Week 2 and had successful surgery. Wide receiver Tee Higgins noted a side-eyed glance from Burrow and said Burrow has been looking outstanding, showing accuracy on deep and short routes.
