Ryan Crow, an assistant outside linebackers coach for the Miami Dolphins, was arrested on one count of domestic battery after his girlfriend alleged he pushed her down stairs, hit her and lifted her off the ground as if to perform a takedown. The couple had been drinking after a team work party and argued about Crow’s relationship with his estranged wife. Crow denied touching her. Three witnesses reported seeing physical aggression and described the victim as terrified and appearing to ask for help. Prosecutors said they could not proceed without the victim’s cooperation.
