Jeff Hafley was named head coach of the Miami Dolphins after serving as Green Bay Packers defensive coordinator in 2024 and previously coaching at Boston College. Boston College offensive lineman Logan Taylor praised Hafley's professional daily approach and player-focused leadership, calling him a players' coach who prioritizes players' interests. Taylor credited Hafley with recruiting him to BC in 2023 and said performing on and off the field earns Hafley's favor. Teammates echoed positive reviews at the Senior Bowl. Hafley is expected to bring BC offensive line coach Matt Applebaum to Miami as an assistant offensive line coach under Zach Yenser.
