Bengals WR Higgins set to return against Bills
""It's been a minute, man,""
""I'm definitely looking forward to it. It's going to be great.""
""Any head injury is scary for anybody,""
""Thank God I'm able to play again this weekend and keep playing for the rest of the season.""
Tee Higgins cleared concussion protocol and will be fully available for the Bengals’ road game against the Buffalo Bills. Higgins suffered a concussion in the Week 12 loss to New England on Nov. 23 after his head struck the turf on a deep sideline attempt and remained on the field for several minutes before being carted off. He progressed through protocol with limited practice on Wednesday and full participation on Thursday. Higgins called any head injury scary and expressed eagerness to return to play alongside Ja'Marr Chase and quarterback Joe Burrow for the rest of the season. He is a sixth-year player from Clemson.
