Ben Brown is heading to the Super Bowl 59 years after his grandfather played in the first one

"Allen Brown was a member of the Vince Lombardi-coached Green Bay Packers teams that won Super Bowl I and II. He was a two-time All-SEC selection at tight-end and was taken in the third round of the 1965 draft, although his career was cut short by injuries. "Speaking at his locker on Thursday, Brown recalled what it was like seeing his grandfather wear his Super Bowl rings. "Papa would have both of his Super Bowl 1, Super Bowl 2 rings on," Brown said. "They weren't as flashy back then, they had one or two diamonds on them, but it was definitely super special." He said his grandfather didn't talk too much about the games, preferring to focus on spending quality time with his loved ones."
