The 49ers flexed Eli Apple from the practice squad but placed him on the inactive list when Lenoir was cleared. Clelin Ferrell was signed to the 53-man roster Saturday yet listed inactive along with several others, leaving the defensive line thinner than usual. Bryce Huff and Sam Okuayinonu are available as outside pass rushers, with Keion White and Robert Beal Jr. in reserve. Kalia Davis and Alfred Collins will start with Jordan Elliott and C.J. West in reserve. Marques Sigle is active after being a recent healthy scratch.
