10-team mock draft: Jonathan Taylor early in second round, QB value late

A 10-team, half-PPR mock draft was conducted as a final practice run by a group of writers and editors. NFL cutdown day clarified some roster situations while usage patterns remained uncertain for several backfields. Uncertain roles and depth charts could create mid-to-late-round value opportunities for fantasy drafters. Ten participants drafted in first-round order, and team rosters were presented with pick and bye weeks indicated. The mock draft format provides practice for drafters and the Mock Draft Lobby offers a tool for running personalized practice drafts.
Peak fantasy football draft season is finally here. Our ESPN Fantasy team of writers and editors got together for one final practice run, a 10-team mock draft with half-PPR scoring.
With NFL cutdown day in the rearview, some roster situations are clearer, but there are still plenty of unknowns in terms of usage, especially in a handful of backfields around the league. That could result in some potential bargains in the middle-to-late rounds in drafts everywhere.
