"Yariah Asidanya, Pittsburg basketball: The junior posted two double-doubles last week. She scored 13 points and posted 10 rebounds with eight steals and three assists in a 41-35 win over Rodriguez, then added a triple-double with 14 points, 12 rebounds, 12 steals, four blocks and two assists in a 45-31 win over Berkeley. Hanna Behnami, Los Gatos basketball: The senior forward paced Los Gatos with 24 points as the Wildcats beat Branham 52-32."

Nominees for Dec. 1-6 include Yariah Asidanya (multiple double-doubles and a triple-double with numerous steals and blocks), Hanna Behnami (24 points), Grace Curley (14 points), and Justine Desmidt (16 points, 25 rebounds, four blocks).
