Sources: Nuggets land C Valanciunas from Kings
Briefly

The Sacramento Kings have traded center Jonas Valanciunas to the Denver Nuggets in exchange for Dario Saric. Valanciunas, who has two years left on his contract worth approximately $20 million, averaged 8.7 points and seven rebounds in 32 games with the Kings. The Nuggets aim to address their need for a backup for MVP Nikola Jokic with Valanciunas. Saric has not performed well for the Nuggets, averaging only 3.5 points while shooting below 40%. This trade also provides the Kings with more flexibility moving forward.
