In his first three games with the Jazz, Jackson, a two-time All-Star, is averaging 22.3 points, 4.3 rebounds and 2.7 assists while playing 24 minutes. He earned NBA Defensive Player of the Year honors in 2023."

The growth was found on an MRI during a physical conducted after his Feb. 3 trade from the Memphis Grizzlies to the Utah Jazz. The procedure is scheduled for the All-Star break. Jackson is averaging 19.4 points and 5.7 rebounds this season. In his first three games with Utah he averaged 22.3 points, 4.3 rebounds and 2.7 assists in 24 minutes per game. Jackson is a two-time All-Star and was NBA Defensive Player of the Year in 2023.
