Remco Evenepoel abandoned stage 14 of the 2025 Tour de France on the Col du Tourmalet after struggling significantly. Evenepoel was in third overall and leading the best young rider ranking when he dropped back. His abandonment came after several kilometres of struggle on stage 14, concluding with a gesture of giving a bidon to a young spectator before leaving the race.
