Brooklyn shot 54.9 percent and placed seven players in double figures. Michael Porter Jr. scored 23 and Day'Ron Sharpe added 19 in limited minutes. Washington dressed only eight players, started two two-ways and sat both Trae Young and Anthony Davis, leaving tank concerns intact despite the big-name acquisitions. Coach Brian Keefe would not confirm reports that Davis may miss the rest of the season.
