The Miami Heat have 18 of 21 roster spots filled for 2025-26 training camp. Bam Adebayo and Tyler Herro lead the roster after a first-round playoff exit to the top-seeded Cleveland Cavaliers. Herro made his first All-Star appearance, averaging a career-high 23.9 points on 47.2 percent shooting and 37.5 percent from three. Adebayo averaged 18.1 points and 9.6 rebounds, finishing the season strongly despite a career-low 56.1 percent true shooting. New additions include Powell (acquired in a three-team trade), Fontecchio (Duncan Robinson sign-and-trade) and rookie Jakucionis (No. 20 overall), noted for passing and Summer League play. Two players occupy two-way deals, including 6-foot-6 Myron Gardner, who averaged 13.2 points and 4.2 rebounds in Las Vegas and signed a two-year, two-way contract.

Among the new faces on the roster are Powell, Jakucionis and Fontecchio. Powell was acquired in a three-team trade away from the Los Angeles Clippers, while Fontecchio was the sole piece in the Duncan Robinson sign-and-trade in July.
