Davidson nearly crossed that threshold before halftime Tuesday, and she finished the game with 20 points, 14 rebounds, four assists and two blocks."
"But it was USC's defense that really overwhelmed Tennessee Tech. The Trojans were especially suffocating underneath, blocking 15 shots - the most since Gottlieb became coach. Tennessee Tech made just nine shots inside the arc."

After two early losses in a five-game gauntlet, USC responded with an 85-44 victory over Tennessee Tech. Freshman Jazzy Davidson recovered from an eight-turnover game to record her first collegiate double-double with 20 points, 14 rebounds, four assists and two blocks. Londynn Jones added a season-high 20 points and together they shot 16 of 23 from the field. USC's defense dominated, blocking 15 shots and holding Tennessee Tech scoreless for critical stretches en route to a decisive bounce-back win.
