Mina Kimes apologized for promoting the app, acknowledged she did not vet the sponsorship, and called her involvement a major mistake. Kimes said she has not been paid and would give away any future payment. Multiple ESPN personalities, including Stephen A. Smith, Kendrick Perkins and Dan Orlovsky, promoted the app and still have endorsement content online.
