Dell Curry will have his No. 30 jersey retired by the Charlotte Hornets on March 23 during a game against the Orlando Magic. He played 16 NBA seasons, including 10 seasons in Charlotte, and won the NBA Sixth Man of the Year Award in 1993-94. Curry averaged 11.7 points per game and shot 40% from three-point range over his career. The Hornets' co-chairmen praised his professionalism, work ethic and impact on the organization, fans and community. Curry has served as a Hornets broadcaster for 17 seasons and expressed deep gratitude and a desire to give back.
